President Hakainde Hichilema says the UPND government has Implemented massive development in all social sectors across the country during its four-year eleven months tenure in office. President Hichilema cited some of the positive developmental strides achieved as signing and making free education into law adding that this has allowed many children to get back to school compared to the previous governments. He added that cash for work will be continued and social cash transfer increased from now K800 to K1000.
The President said this today during a community engagement held at Kasempa primary school grounds. “Bally has no segregation so write all the vulnerable people in the district and the aged on the list so that they can be benefiting from the program, “he said. President Hichilema said once given another five-year mandate in office he will continue employing people in the in the teaching service, nurses and other civil servants adding that all volunteered nurses and teachers have been employed immediately.
“Write all the nurses and teachers who are volunteers on the list and submit it to me they are now employed from now onward, “President Hichilema assured. He pledged to work on the Mutanda-Kasempa Kaoma, Kasempa -Mumbwa, Kasempa-Lufwanyama roads and all the township roads in the district to improve the lives of the people and trade. “So, on the 13th August vote for UPND, why are we voting for UPND?

President Hakainde said his government will not allow foreigners to own mining licences to ensure that the local people benefit, create wealth and employment assuring that he will bring sanity to Kinkonge gold and all other mines so that locals can benefit. “Kasempa has a lot of minerals and we want to empower the people with licenses, proper equipment and finances so that they can mine legally, safe and create wealth,” he said.
