International midfielder Joshua “Budo” Mutale says he is eager for CAF Champions League action after rejoining Super Division champions Power Dynamos. Mutale last week joined Power as a free agent following the expiry of his contract with Tanzanian giants Simba SC. He returns to Arthur Davies Stadium after signing a two-year, five-month deal.
The midfielder has linked up with the Power squad that is currently in South Africa for pre-season. “I am excited to be back home, it always feels good to be back home. I am looking forward to do the work,” Mutale told the club media.
“I felt like I have been here for a long time because most of the guys here are my friends, I felt at home,” he said. He called on supporters to rally behind the team ahead of the new season. “As usual fans should always continue supporting us.
