In its fourth year, theMetropolitan Collective Shapers Programmereceived 373 applications from entrepreneurs across South Africa in the logistics and agriculture sectors. Those are whittled down to 150 to take part in the programme, which focused on a series of online soft-skills training sessions, designed to build resilience and leadership. The second phase saw thefeatured 20 finalistsprogress to a further four weeks of sector-specific training, applying those new behaviours to build frameworks for sustainable growth.
