The April 10Witnessfront page headline:“Nearly half of KZN drivers may have fraudulent licences”, had me hot under the collar.

For what it’s worth, if this is the situation in KZN, then it stands to reason that it could be the situation in the rest of South Africa as well. While all these happy dealings are ongoing, selling so many thousands of fraudulent driver’s licences, government officials may be plotting the removal of the few good drivers left, who obtained their licences more than 50 years ago.
