The contest for the leadership of the ANC Women’s League (ANCWL) in KwaZulu-Natal has crystallised into a two-horse race between former Education MEC Mbali Frazer and former Co-operative Governance and Traditional Affairs (Cogta) MEC Bongi Sithole-Moloi. With the long-awaited elective conference expected to take place early next month, the battle lines are now clearly drawn. ANCWL national spokesperson Boitumelo Moiloa said the preparations for the conference have been concluded.
