Mozambique: Bureau de Conteúdo Local launches official website to centralize opportunities and Information

The Bureau de Conteúdo Local (BCL) has launched itsofficial website, creating a central digital platform for access to Local Content opportunities and information in Mozambique. As a specialized unit of Confederation of Economic Associations (CTA), the Bureau is responsible for coordinating and advancing the implementation of Local Content in Mozambique. The new website brings together, in one place, updated information on tenders, job opportunities, training programmes and industry events, making it easier for businesses, professionals and communities to access relevant opportunities.

The platform was designed as a practical tool to improve access to information, increase transparency and strengthen the connection between investors, Mozambican businesses and local communities. Adrian Frey, the President of the Bureau of Local Content, encouraged users by saying, “Our website will give you immediate access to the newest tenders and the best jobs. Look at it every day!

Please win tenders or get good jobs!” Adding an operational perspective, Katya Coelho, Manager of the Bureau, highlighted that the platform is designed to support day-to-day market access. “The website provides daily updates on tenders and employment opportunities across Mozambique, with filtering tools by province, sector and opportunity type. This allows businesses and job seekers to quickly identify relevant opportunities.” Álvaro Massingue, President of CTA, emphasized that “the launch of CTA’s Bureau de Conteúdo Local website is an important step towards strengthening the participation of Mozambican businesses in key economic sectors.
