According to the Prime Minister, Benvinda Levi, with the recent approval of Decree No. 36/2025 of October 28, regarding the Regulation of the Subsystem of Careers, Remuneration, and respective Professional Qualifiers, the conditions have been established to move forward with the process. In the education sector, Levi highlighted continuous teacher training, the reinforcement of teaching in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) subjects, as well as the expansion of school infrastructure, with new schools, classrooms, laboratories, libraries, and computer equipment throughout the national territory.

“These and other actions allow for increased access to education and continuous improvement of the teaching and learning process, which ensures the development of our human capital,” she stated. Regarding the prevention and fight against terrorism, the official affirmed that the Executive is betting on an integrated and multidimensional approach based on a coordinated national response and strategic international cooperation, which has allowed for the strengthening of logistical capacity, specialized training, surveillance centers, and the mobility of forces on the ground. Regarding the presence of the Rwanda Defence Force in Mozambique, she explained that this cooperation is part of the strategic partnership between the two countries, with support from the European Union through the European Peace Facility.
