A person was found dead with severe injuries in the Zuzokuhke informal settlement in Howick last night, in what is being investigated as a suspected murder. The Witnessreportsthat Midlands EMS spokesperson Roland Robertson says emergency crews were dispatched after reports of a person discovered at a residence under suspicious circumstances. On arrival, it was established that one person had sustained extensive and severe wounds.
“Paramedics conducted a full assessment; however, the patient showed no signs of life and was sadly declared deceased on scene due to the severity of the injuries sustained,” he says.
