ECZ Chief Electoral Officer Brown Kasaro says the delimitation report that the commission submitted to government does not indicate which constituencies will be split. On April 22, the commission submitted the revised delimitation report to government, but as of today, the report is yet to be made public, raising concerns among stakeholders who have been eagerly waiting to know which constituencies are earmarked for delimitation. As delimitation is among the most debated clauses in Bill 7, which is back in Parliament and set for a second reading on December 15, debates about the release of the delimitation report have emerged.
