We have been working hard to ensure our bid succeeds. We are continuing with this campaign.”Foreign Affairs and International Trade Minister Professor Amon Murwira held a bilateral meeting with Philippines Secretary of Foreign Affairs Her Excellency Ma Theresa Lazaro, in New York, to share notes, as Philippines is also campaigning for a similar position from the Asian Community.“We had a successful meeting, which was anchored on our campaign to be voted into the UN Security Council as a non-permanent member.
