ZAOGA FIF Pastor Taken to Court By Friend Over US$80K Loan

According to reports byNewsHawks, Mawoyo borrowed US$80,000 from his friend Benson Maeka on 6 January 2024 The two signed a written agreement outlining the loan terms, and no interest was charged Mawoyo was supposed to repay the money by a set date, but he failed to do so

The news sparked a range of responses on social media Some criticised NewsHawks for airing the preacher’s private financial issues, while others shared claims about Mawoyo’s past troubles in the United States

A number of people accused him of evading justice there, particularly related to tax fraud allegations Oh, that guy is a thief He uses that pastor title to swindle people, and he is wanted by the IRS for tax fraud
