SECRETARY to the Treasury Felix Nkulukusa says government is committed to addressing challenges to do with the Open Access Framework. Meanwhile, Finance Minister Dr Situmbeko Musokotwane says the economy has been stabilised and government will work hard to ensure it remains steady. Speaking at the Townhall Meeting, Thursday, Nkulukusa however said that the Open Access Framework had resulted in a reduction of fuel prices.

“I thought I could also talk about some of the achievements we have made aside the economic achievements. In the energy sector, we are seeing non-hydro energy [projects] coming up, the solar one, we had 94 megawatts Itimpi in Ndola, we have 100 megawatts in Chisamba, we have 300 megawatts, Maamba and now we are going… Do you agree that child defilers should be castrated?
