Amakhosi will now turn their focus to aBetway Premiershipclash against Durban City FC at FNB Stadium on Sunday (3:30pm kick-off), where they will be hoping to end a three-match losing streak and regain momentum in the league standings. The co-coaching duo of Kaze and Khalil Ben Youssef have come under increasing pressurefrom supporters, with frustration growing among the club’s faithful following a series of disappointing results.

However, speaking ahead of the match, Kaze emphasised that rebuilding a club of Chiefs’ stature takes time, especially after the difficult past two seasons in which the team finished outside the top eight. “A football team is not built in one night,” Kaze said at a media briefing. “It’s a process, and I am not saying we are starting the process now. It is a process that started a few years ago, and this is a big club.
