Sikhumbuzo MoyoTHE Minister of Local Government and Public Works Daniel Garwe, is in Bulawayo today to meet with the local authority’s policy makers and management.The Minister is accompanied by his deputy, Albert Mavhunga, who is also in charge of local authorities.
