Zimdancehall musician Millicent Tsitsi Chimonyo, known as Malloti, was arrested for allegedly cyberbullying Prophet Passion Java.
The arrest occurred on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, and she was held at Machipisa Police Station in Harare, Zimbabwe.
According to reports, Java filed a complaint claiming that Malloti targeted him with harmful and defamatory online attacks in June 2025.
Malloti’s lawyer, Dumisani Mthombeni, stated she was not informed of the charges until Wednesday morning, despite being detained earlier.
Malloti, who was heavily pregnant and due for induced delivery due to complications, faced health concerns during her detention.
She was expected to appear in court on August 13, 2025, to face these cyberbullying allegations. 4.
