According to unconfirmed reports, an altercation broke out between two individuals during which multiple shots were fired. At this stage, it is reported that one person has been shot dead, while another sustained critical injuries and was transported to hospital for urgent medical treatment. A third individual, believed to be a bystander, was also injured during the incident.
Police and emergency personnel remain on the scene as the circumstances surrounding the incident are being investigated. Motorists are advised to avoid the area and use alternative routes. Traffic is currently being diverted at the cul-de-sac of Lois Avenue and Skukuza Road, as well as at the cul-de-sac of Vorster Avenue, while law enforcement manages the scene.
