Lilongwe Senior Resident Magistrate Bracious Kondowe Wednesday adjourned the plea-taking of former minister of Trade and Industry Vitumbiko Mumba and Malawi Congress Party (MCP) spokesperson Jessie Kabwila to February 23, 2026.
The adjournment followed the State’s failure to supply disclosure materials to the defence.
