The Collen Mashawana Foundation, which features an explosive Daily Maverick video exposé on suspended IDT CEO Tebogo Malaka’s bribe attempt, has been accused of allegedly forging the signatures of hundreds of low-paid workers in order to access millions of rand in funding from the Independent Development Trust. Many of those workers allege they were never paid, and some claim they were compelled to perform labor at properties owned by the Mashawana family.
