Veteran artiste Zenzo Hlaseka seeks help after stroke

Veteran performer Zenzo Hlaseka Tshuma, who suffered a stroke in August, is appealing for assistance from well-wishers to help cover the costs of his ongoing medical care, including scans and physiotherapy sessions.

Hlaseka, a revered figure in the performing arts scene, is among the pioneering artistes who proudly carried the Bulawayo and Zimbabwean cultural flag across the world. During his illustrious career, he worked with some of the country’s most celebrated groups and artistes, including Black Umfolosi, Sunduza Dance Theatre, and Albert Nyathi’s band, where he showcased his talent as a keyboardist and backing vocalist.
