Ti Gonzi puts pressure to recover US$6000 lost to Magaya’s arrested bodyguard

HARARE – Rapper Ti Gonzi is adding to Prophet Walter Magaya’s legal battles as he claims he lost US$6000 at the hands of one of the preacher’s bodyguards and that Magaya only gave him back US$30.

Ti Gonzi, born Tinashe Gonzara, wrote a letter to President Mnangagwa asking for help to recover the money which he lost trying to purchase a car from Magaya’s security, identified as Tapiwa Felix Chikondo.

Chikondo is the same bodyguard who appeared in court this week charged with defeating or obstructing the course of justice and, alternatively, assaulting or resisting police officers who were sent to arrest the preacher at his Waterfalls prayer mountain last week.
