Chikooka is also nominated in Goalkeeper of the Tournament category and will battle it out against Wanderers’ Dalitso Khungwa and Civil Service United’s Rahman John. Khungwa impressed with decisive penalty saves en route to the final while John was instrumental in Civil’s run to the semi-finals, including a double penalty save in the Round of 32, according to FAM. The bankers are also represented in the Discovery of the Tournament category through up-and-coming forward Andrew Yosefe.

The forward, who joined the club from Chitipa United just before the competition kicked off, made an immediate impact, scoring a crucial semi-final goal against Civil Service United to send Silver into the final. He will contest the award alongside Mchinji Villa duo of Juwawo and Kelvin Mustafa.
