THE Chelstone Local Court has heard how a 64-year-old woman of Chainda phoned the wife of her daughter’s boyfriend to hurl insults and threaten her with a beating after she called her daughter a prostitute. This is a matter in which Rosta Muleya, 35, of Chainda Compound sued Marriet Zulu, 64, for compensation over insults. The dispute began when Rosta went to confront her husband, Millan, at his girlfriend’s house early one morning after discovering that he had started a second family with Marriet’s daughter.
In her defence, Marriet told the court that she insulted Rosta after she went to her daughter’s home and called her a prostitute. In her statement, Rosta said she knew Marriet only because Marriet’s daughter… Do you agree that child defilers should be castrated?
