According to month-end data from theCentral Energy Fund (CEF),petrol prices are expected to drop by between 63 and 69 cents per litre, while diesel could decrease by 63 to 71 cents per litre.

However, a stronger rand has helped offset these pressures, keeping price reductions firmly on the table. The final adjustments will be confirmed by the Department of Mineral and Petroleum Resources, but all indicators point to lower prices at the pumps next week.
