Kigali, Rwanda, October 29, 2025 –Rwanda’s Minister of State in the Ministry of Agriculture and Animal Resources, Dr. Telesphore Ndabamenye, has urged African nations to move from dialogue to implementation in transforming the continent’s agri-food systems.

Delivering his welcome remarks at the 21st Comprehensive Africa Agriculture Development Programme Partnership Platform (CAADP PP) and the 16th Africa Day for Food and Nutrition Security (ADFNS), Dr. Ndabamenye emphasized that Africa’s agricultural transformation depends on coordinated, inclusive, and nutrition-sensitive action that leaves no one behind.
