President Hichilema to Attend 39th African Union…

President Hakainde Hichilema is expected to participate in the 39th Ordinary Session of the Assembly of Heads of State and Government of the African Union, which will be held from February 14 to 15 in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

The Assembly, which is the African Union’s highest decision-making body, will this year convene under the theme“Assuring Sustainable Water Availability and Safe Sanitation Systems to Achieve the Goals of Agenda 2063.” Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Mulambo Haimbe announced the President’s participation in a statement issued today.
