POLICE have arrested Matero PF MP Miles Sampa for circulating false information that a fake polling station had been opened along Ring Road in Lusaka on the day of the Chawama by-election. Meanwhile, President Hakainde Hichilema says Sampa committed a crime when he made the allegations. In a statement, Tuesday, Police Deputy Public Relations Officer Chipo Kaitisha stated that Sampa remained in custody awaiting a court appearance.
