The complainants who lost money made a report to the South African Police Service (SAPS).The matter was lawfully handled by South African authorities.The suspects involved were apprehended, investigated, and brought to justice in South Africa without any involvement or intervention by Mr. Mangwanya.3. It is both wrong and irresponsible for Simba Chikanza to drag the name of a senior security official through the mud with unverified and malicious statements.Such reckless conduct constitutes defamation and abuse of journalistic privilege.The deliberate publication of falsehoods about national security figures endangers not only reputations but also public confidence in state institutions.4.
