She was invited to do the senior World Cup 3×3 and officiated the women’s bronze medal game. She also did the Under-23 World Cup and officiated the men’s bronze medal match. Okatch also officiated at the AfroBasket and officiated the bronze medal game.
“This year, I became the First African to hold an A license in 3×3 (we are only 14 in the world), first African to become a referee instructor and a referee evaluator in 3×3. First African to officiate at the 3×3 World Cup. I was also the first African to officiate at the World Tour games,” she said.
