NATIONAL Olympic Committee of Zambia (NOCZ) General Secretary, Boniface Kambikambi, has challenged the young athletes representing Zambia at the African Youth Games to seize the moment and use the continental championships to qualify for future international tournaments. A contingent of Zambian athletes competing in swimming, taekwondo, tennis, judo, rowing, and table tennis is currently in Luanda ahead of the games, which run from today until December 20. Kambikambi urged the team to embrace the opportunity with determination and ambition, noting that the Games provide invaluable exposure and experience for promising athletes preparing to transition to elite competition.
