Hethi Beverages Ltd has introduced a new naturally fermented herbal drink, Kambucha Kizomba Ginger, giving Malawians a fresh, locally made alternative in the growing health-drink market.
Produced in Njewa, Lilongwe, the drink is a kombucha made through traditional fermentation and contains live probiotic cultures. The company says the beverage is naturally carbonated and made with real ginger, offering a refreshing option for consumers looking for healthier drinks.
Kambucha Kizomba Ginger is made using simple, natural ingredients — tea, sugar, purified water, ginger and a SCOBY culture — without artificial additives. Through the fermentation process, the drink develops its natural fizz and distinctive flavour while retaining beneficial organic acids and antioxidants.
