The Botanist residential development sold out in five minutes. A new residential development in Gardens has set a blistering pace for the Cape Town property market, selling out its entire stock of apartments in just five minutes. The Botanist, brought to market by Rawson Developers, saw its mix of studio, one and two-bedroom apartments, along with a limited number of penthouses, snapped up almost instantly when sales opened.

The company reports that the rapid uptake underscores intense buyer confidence in well-located, design-led urban living. According to Rawson Developers, the demand is both deep and decisive when developments are well-priced and well-considered. “We are encouraged by the confidence shown in the market and by how quickly well-conceived developments are being absorbed,” Möller added.
