Mutare Home-Seekers File Complaints Following the Arrest of Ex-DANet Manager Wilson Masokovere

Masokovere allegedly revoked these existing allocations without process and resold the stands to desperate buyers capable of offering immediate full cash payments. This deceptive strategy left original buyers facing a devastating double loss: Forfeiture of Land:Their rightfully allocated residential plots were handed over to cash-paying buyers.

Financial Ruin:Their hard-earned savings and previous monthly installments were neither credited toward alternative land nor refunded. Among the newly filed dockets are cases involving Lot 2 stands valued atUS$4,500. In one instance, a victim who had depositedUS$3,500toward their plot discovered it had been illegally transferred.

Another complainant paidUS$3,500for a similar Lot 2 plot, while a third lostUS$2,310in deposits before realizing the land had been resold out from under them.
