The Legal Affairs Committee (Lac) of Parliament has recommended that the proposed Constitutional Amendment Act on the Constituency Development Fund (CDF) should limit members of Parliament (MPs) to their oversight role.
Lac chairperson Gilbert Khonyongwa said this in an interview after presenting the committee’s report in Parliament Tuesday.
