The Governor of Sofala, Lourenço Bulha, received Brian Holmes, Managing Director of Solenta Aviation Mozambique, in an audience on Monday (9 February). Solenta will establish its operations base in Beira following authorisation from the Civil Aviation Authority of Mozambique in December of last year.
