Mozambique: Ministry of Labour grants special holiday to three cities

The Minister of Labour, Gender and Social Action, Ivete Alane, has granted a special holiday to public and private sector workers in the city of Gurué on Tuesday, 24 February.

In separate orders, Alane has also granted a special holiday to employees in Moatize and Vilankulo on Wednesday (25), to mark their elevation to city status. However, the suspension of work does not apply to employees engaged in activities which, by their nature, cannot be interrupted.
