MISFORTUNE seems to be trailing sungura legend Paradzai Mesi like a shadow. The Njerama Boys frontman was hit by a car on Saturday morning while taking a walk near his home in Dema, Seke. The talented sungura musician is urgently seeking assistance for treatment after injuring his right leg.

His daughter, Emelda Mesi, confirmed her father’s demise. “My father was involved in an accident on Saturday morning while taking a walk in Dema, which happens to be our home area,” she said. “My father is bedridden at home after the fracture and we are desperately in need of assistance to get him treated.
