Prophetic Healing and Deliverance (PHD) Ministries leader Walter Magaya has spoken out about the legal challenges he is currently facing, describing them as part of his spiritual journey and growth.

In an audio message shared on the official PHD Ministries WhatsApp group, Magaya told his followers that he viewed his ongoing trial as a necessary process for personal development and deliverance.

“I am carrying a big cross right now which is necessary for growth and deliverance of your life, come for the night of turnaround,” Magaya said in the message.

He went on to encourage his congregants to remain steadfast and attend the upcoming “Night of Turnaround” event, which he suggested would bring spiritual renewal despite the current situation.

“The trial I am facing is for the benefit of my spirit, sanctification, my uplift,” he added, implying that the challenges he is enduring are contributing to his spiritual purification and strength.

Magaya did not go into detail about the specific nature of the legal case, but his remarks come at a time when the church leader has faced a series of legal and regulatory disputes in recent years.

Members of his ministry reportedly responded to the message with messages of support and prayer, expressing confidence that their leader would overcome the situation.

PHD Ministries has not yet issued an official public statement beyond Magaya’s audio message. However, the preacher’s latest comments suggest he intends to continue his ministry activities while addressing his legal matters.
