The accused is not a flight risk.”The court also observed that Tendai had been under investigation since 2023 and had multiple opportunities to leave the country for destinations such as the United Kingdom or South Africa, yet she chose to remain in Zimbabwe and cooperate with authorities.”Denying her bail under these circumstances would amount to a travesty of justice,” the magistrate ruled.
