GIVEN Lubinda has with immediate effect expelled PF members of parliament who voted in favour of Bill 7 on Monday. Lubinda has, however, not named the affected MPs as the division list of those who voted has not yet been published by the National Assembly, but he argued that the lawmakers are known. Bill 7 passed its third reading on Monday with 135 votes and was assented to by President Hakainde Hichilema yesterday.
Those from the PF believed to have voted for the Bill include Kanchibiya MP Sunday Chanda, Chitambo MP Remember Mutale, Kantanshi MP Anthony Mumba, Isoka MP Marjorie Nakaponda, Kamfinsa MP Christopher Kang’ombe, Lupososhi MP Musonda Mpankata, and Kasama Central MP Sibongile Mwamba, as well as other UPND-aligned… Do you agree that child defilers should be castrated?
