Classic Events Management has unveiled a line-up of five musicians to star at the Love & Vibes Valentine’s Day event at Sunbird Mount Soche in Blantyre. Afro-dance artist Saint, Namadingo, Loyiso, Teddy Makadi and Mazani will share the stage to add spice and colour for lovers during the event which has been designed to provide a special experience as people celebrate the Valentine’s Day. Classic Events Management chief executive officer Edson Kawalala said they want to bring people together to celebrate the Valentine’s Day whether they are in a relationship or otherwise.
He said: “Music is a medium that drives emotions and helps colour occasions. The artists we have listed for the show are among the best when it comes to love songs. “People should expect a relaxed and romantic experience accompanied by beautiful music.
But we are not restricting the event to couples, even singles will have something to enjoy.” The show will mark the first outing for 2026 for Afro-soul artist Teddy Makadi and he said his performance will provide a benchmark for what he intends to give his fans this year. Said Teddy Makadi: “As an artist, Valentine’s Day is not just about celebrating love and romance. It is about kick starting the year as regards to entertainment performances.

I am prepared to showcase the creativity that I will execute in 2026.” TheM’malelehit maker said he has planned to host one big event this year on top of releasing new music. “This year, I am focusing on collaborating with other artists. So, my fans should expect more collaborations.
I will release new music soon so they should be on the lookout,” said Teddy Makadi, real name Teddy Maliza. Music fans will also be looking forward to performances from the new kids on the block Mazani and Loyiso who have announced their arrival on the music scene with a bang.
