IN a decisive move signaling a comprehensive rebuild, Super Division side FC Leopards has officially released nine players from its first-team squad. The mass departure, headlined by veteran midfielder Landu Miete, confirms the club’s recent hints at major changes and marks the beginning of a significant restructuring project. The clear-out, announced yesterday, spans every department of the team.
Alongside Miete, the club has parted ways with goalkeeper Kelvin Pemba; defenders Freddie Mushindi, Aaron Kabwe, and Langson Kapumbu; and strikers Eric Etienne, Pheuzzy Chibandika, Issac Kamoso, and Junior Zulu.
