On top of the $100k, you are allowed to get free health facility and medical at Arundel Hospital.” This initiative underscores ZANU-PF’s serious commitment to empowering all sections of society. This follows a broader pattern of “goodies” and empowerment schemes championed by President Emmerson Mnangagwa as the nation marches toward Vision 2030. From the Presidential Youth Empowerment Scheme to the Women’s Empowerment Fund, the Second Republic is systematically equipping citizens with the tools to build an upper-middle-income economy.Beyond the finances, the “Soccer Legends” are now tasked with a grassroots revival, scouting young talent and mentoring the next generation.
