KGODISO MILLS VACANCY – DIRECTOR OPERATIONS (MILLING AND AGRI- SALES)

We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead and optimize end-to-endoperations across our milling and agri-sales business.

This is a senior leadership role ensuringthat the business operates efficiently, safely, and profitably while delivering excellent service tocustomers. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES· Provide strategic and operational leadership across milling and agri-sales operations.· Oversee production planning, capacity management, and cost control to maximizeefficiency and maintenance of the mill· Lead supply chain, procurement, logistics, and inventory management activities.· Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, environmental, and health & safetystandards.· Manage, develop, and motivate operational teams, building a strong performance andsafety culture· Manage capital projects, maintenance programmes, and operational investment planning SKILLS, QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE· BSc Degree in Animal Science or related field.· Over 10 years progressive work experience in operations and management.· Proven senior operations leadership experience, ideally within milling or agri-inputs.· Strong analytical skills and handson experience with maintenance planning.· Proven track record of costsavings and productionefficiency improvements.· Commercially minded with experience managing budgets, margins, and operational costs· Demonstrated ability to lead multi-site or complex operations· Valid driver’s licence Interested candidates should forward their applications (CV, qualifications, and applicationletter to vacancies@kgodisofeeds.co.bw referenced “DIRECTOR OPERATIONS” before 9thFebruary 2026.
