Highlanders Appoint Denzil Mnkandla as New CEO

BULAWAYO – Highlanders Football Club has announced the appointment of Denzil Mnkandla as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
In a statement released Friday, August 1, 2025, the club said Mnkandla brings a wealth of experience to Bosso, having previously served in various administrative capacities at FC Platinum.
“We are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Denzil Mnkandla as the new Chief Executive Officer,” read the statement.
Describing him as a seasoned football administrator, Highlanders said they are confident Mnkandla’s leadership will steer the club forward.
“We welcome Mr. Mnkandla to the country’s oldest, most followed and supported football team,” the club added.
Supporters were urged to rally behind the new CEO.
“Please join us in extending a warm welcome to Mr.
Mnkandla as he takes on this new role,” the club said.
