Harare giants CAPS United and Dynamos both suffered narrow 1-0 defeats on Sunday, losing to Bulawayo giants Highlanders and Chicken Inn respectively.
The woes continued for Makepepe and DeMbare as both have endured difficult starts to the 2025 season.
At Rufaro Stadium, a second-half strike from Brian Muza handed Dynamos their second loss of the campaign, while Reason Sibanda’s early goal was enough for Highlanders to edge CAPS United at Barbourfields Stadium.
Following the defeat, CAPS United now sit second from bottom with four points, three above basement side Triangle United.
Dynamos are now placed 13th with six points from six matches.
