ECONOMIST Dr Lubinda Haabazoka says power trading is not a crime but a legitimate business opportunity for Zambians. In a statement, Sunday, Dr Haabazoka explained that power trade helps to provide grid stability, uses power efficiently, and reduces the burden of producing power by a single utility in the country. “I have been seeing on some pages people criticising power trade as theft and undermining ZESCO.
