COPPERBELT Minister Elisha Matambo says government is negotiating with mining companies to allocate some portions of dumpsites for youths in the province to operate from. Matambo says some mining companies have refused to release some materials or sites to the youths so that they can find where to operate from, and that has not been sitting well with him. Speaking when he appeared on Millennium TV, Matambo said all the mining dumpsites on the Copperbelt had owners.
