Responding to Spot News on the allegations that Government was loosing grip on MDC led local councils, Minister Garwe said “There is no tussle whatsoever between the local government and central government, everything is in sync with what the government wants”. Last week there was social media backlash after local councils went around demolishing what it termed illegal structures.
