Government calls for strategic clarity ahead of NDS2

THE government has made a strong call for strategic clarity, institutional discipline and enhanced governance capabilities as the nation transitions from the National Development Strategy 1 (NDS 1) to National Development Strategy 2 (NDS 2).

Addressing the ICT and Courier Services ministry strategic workshop in Kariba recently, ICT minister Tatenda Mavetera stressed the importance of translating aspirations to tangible actions, urging a results-oriented, pragmatic and resourceful approach.

She applauded recent policy achievements, including the National AI Strategy, the Cybersecurity Strategy and ongoing work on the Child Protection Policy and ICT Standards Policy.
