Jody Rademeyer is recovering in hospital after being shot during an armed robbery at Monwabisi Beach. A fisherman is recovering in hospital after being shot during a violent car hijacking at Strandfontein Beach. The victim and his friend were targeted by armed criminals who fled with the vehicle.
Jody Rademeyer and his friend were at the Beach between 1am and 2am on Tuesday morning when the incident occurred. According to reports, the friend was waiting for Rademeyer whilesitting in a Toyota Corolla, ablack VW Polo pulled up next to the vehicle. Four suspects got out of the vehicle and robbed him.
